At Mintsealed, we welcome inquiries from retailers, resellers, and businesses interested in purchasing our sealed collectibles and hobby box products in bulk. Please read our Wholesale Policy carefully to understand our terms and how to apply.
1. Who Can Apply for Wholesale
We consider wholesale partnerships with:
- Registered businesses with a valid business license or tax ID
- Retail stores specializing in collectibles, trading cards, sports memorabilia, or hobby products
- Online resellers with an established storefront or marketplace presence
- Event organizers running hobby shows, card conventions, or collector events
- Distributors interested in carrying Mintsealed products
We reserve the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at our sole discretion.

- Your full name and business name
- Business website or marketplace storefront (if applicable)
- Your business license number or tax ID

- Your estimated monthly order volume
- Any additional information about your business
We will review your inquiry and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
- Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that will be communicated upon approval of your wholesale account
- Minimum order values and quantities may vary depending on the product category and availability
- Specific MOQ details will be outlined in your wholesale agreement
4. Wholesale Pricing
- Approved wholesale partners will receive access to discounted pricing based on order volume and product category
- Wholesale pricing is confidential and will be shared only with approved partners
- Prices are subject to change — approved partners will be notified in advance of any pricing updates
- All wholesale prices are in US Dollars (USD)
5. Payment Terms
- All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
- We accept the same payment methods as our retail store: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe, all processed securely through Stripe
- Net payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, etc.) may be available to established wholesale partners with a proven order history — subject to approval and written agreement
- Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may result in suspension of your wholesale account
6. Shipping for Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale orders ship from our facility in Chino Valley, Arizona
- Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated based on order size, weight, and destination
- Free shipping may not apply to all wholesale orders — shipping terms will be outlined in your wholesale agreement
- Processing time for wholesale orders is 3–5 business days, depending on order size and product availability
- We work with major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for wholesale fulfillment
7. Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed items only
- All wholesale return requests must be submitted in writing to support@mintsealed.shop with your order number, item details, and photos of the items in their current condition
- Approved refunds for wholesale orders will be processed within 10 business days
- Wholesale orders are not eligible for return or refund once items have been opened, distributed, or resold
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
8. Product Authenticity
All products supplied through our wholesale program are 100% authentic and factory sealed, sourced directly from authorized distributors. We provide the same authenticity guarantee to our wholesale partners as we do to our retail customers.
9. Resale Restrictions
- Wholesale partners agree to resell Mintsealed products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Resale of our products on unauthorized platforms or in violation of manufacturer restrictions is prohibited
- Wholesale partners may not misrepresent the origin, condition, or authenticity of products purchased from Mintsealed
- We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be in violation of these terms
10. Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, terms, and any proprietary information shared between Mintsealed and wholesale partners is strictly confidential. Partners agree not to disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent from Mintsealed.
11. Account Termination
Mintsealed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time for:
- Violation of these wholesale terms
- Non-payment or late payment
- Misrepresentation of business information
- Any conduct that damages the reputation or interests of Mintsealed
Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Wholesale Policy at any time. Approved wholesale partners will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued participation in our wholesale program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
