We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed items only. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All hobby boxes, cases, and sealed collectible products are sold as-is. The contents of sealed products are determined by the manufacturer. Mintsealed makes no guarantee regarding the specific cards, inserts, autographs, or items you may find inside any opened product. Purchasing sealed collectibles involves an element of chance, and we are not responsible for the contents of any product once it has left our facility.
